Pastor Deborah Mallek received
the Lord at GNFC in June of 1984. She is the founding Director of the
child care and preschool and currently serves as the Administrative
Pastor. She and Pastor Matt have served alongside one another as a team
in ministry.
Pastor Deb loves to encourage women in the body of
Christ to fulfill the calling that God has placed in their lives, no
matter the circumstances or discouragement they might face.. she
believes God is ABLE! Pastor Deb likes to laugh, watch people grow in the Lord and
is honored to serve with her husband in the ministry of GNFC!Bishop & Pastor Deb's four children, Daniel, Nathan, Mikayla and McKenzie are the delight of their lives, other than Jesus!

Jay B. Sandifer, Director of Fine Arts
Jay is a modern day Psalmist and has a heart to lead people into a pure and dynamic form of worshiping Jesus Christ. Jay oversees each element of Fine Arts at the church and also ministers outside of GNFC as opportunity knocks.
Jay is all about reaching this world through the gift of music. He has a heart for missions and has traveled to Africa and Mexico. . . but, that's just the beginning! Jay is a graduate of SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design), and Spirit Life Bible College, Santa Ana, CA. Jay and his wife Sherry actively serve as a team in ministry. They have three enthusiastic children, all growing more and more in love with Jesus!

Ben & Heidi Uitenbroek, Ministry of Helps Coordinator

Heidi is really good at juggling... at least when it comes to her roles at the ministry. She's passionate about people and wants everyone to experience the purity of God's love. Heidi has the gift of administration and if you need direction, she's a great place to start! Heidi and her husband Ben, make a great team as they overflow with a desire to see every teen in love with Jesus! They are the overseers of the 24:7 teen ministry. They're also proud parents of two beautiful children.

Noah Swenson, Ministry Assistant Leader

You can tell by the smile on his face that this guy has to be someone you want to get to know! Noah serves as a 24:7 Youth Ministry Assistant Leader, as well as an Armor Bearer to Bishop. Noah also serves on the GNFC Advisory Board. He's quality through and through and is a HUGE blessing to anyone he comes in contact with.

Lee & Ann Ilagan, Ministry Assistant Leaders; Photography
If you ask Lee why he is at GNFC, he'll tell you that it is his desire to serve in an extraordinary way that the world is not familiar with. . . and that's just what he and his new bride do. Lee & Ann serve as 24:7 Teen Ministry Assistant Leaders. Lee teaches at Stevens Point Christian Academy and is also a Worship Leader, chief chef and bottle washer, you name it ... Lee does it with enthusiasm! Ann is the resident photographer, is whimsical and likes the excitement life has to offer! Great couple... great church... can't be that combination!

Jason & Pam Harkabus, Assistant Youth Leaders
The Harkabus' enjoy involvement with the teens, partly because they're "kid's at heart". They love the Lord, Pam growing up in the church and Jason coming along a little later, but catching up fast! Jason also has a heart to see young men pursue the purpose that God has called them to. He's involved with the ushering team and is the Boy's Athletic Coach at Stevens Point Christian Academy!

Bob and Lori Schultz, Children's Ministry Leaders
The Schultz's just celebrated 20 years of marriage - that means over 20 years at Good News Fellowship Church! They are the blessed parents of three great children and enjoy them immensely. Bob and Lori oversee the GNFC Children's Ministry and have a genuine heart to see children happy, walking in the knowledge of God and knowing that God loves them. The Schultz's would love to tell you more about the Children's Ministry and even train you in serving in an area if you'd like to!

Tim & Jennifer Kleiner, Lead Usher, Administrative Assistant
Graduates of Rhema Bible Training Center the Kleiners came to GNFC from Tulsa in 2008, along with their two children. Tim serves in the sound department and is a co-leader in the Ushering Dept.. Jennifer is on staff at our preschool and she and Tim also oversee the Kid's Church on Wednesday evenings, bringing great passion for children to not only know God, but to experience His love. Tim & Jennifer have a heart for ministry and are called to serve!

Rick & Lori Martineau, Men's Ministry & Co-Head Usher
The Martineau's moved to Stevens Point from eastern Wisconsin in 2010, they've planted their roots and are determining to allow them to grow deep! Rick assists Bishop with the Men's Ministry oversight. He's also a co-leader with the Ushering Dept.. Lori's and Rick enjoy hosting people and socializing! They have three military sons - a great joy and pride in their lives!

Pastor Matthew Mallek became
the founding pastor of Good News Fellowship Church in 1984. He pastored single until he married
Deb in 1992.
Pastor Matt was ordained as a Bishop through the Fellowship
of International Churches under Bishop Wellington Boone in 2003.
Bishop
Matt's loves to minister on real life issues that affect us each our lives each and every day. He makes loving Jesus easy and helps us to realize that knowing Jesus isn't a religion, but a relationship.
Bishop Matt has a hunger to see God's Spirit move in the personal lives of believers, as well in each service, each time we gather as believers.
After a trip to Ghana, Africa in 2000, several pastors came to him and said that they wanted what he had, in Africa. Since that time, over 130 churches and ministries have been established. It's Pastor Matt's heart to minister to leaders who will in turn minister to those they influence, eventually reaching millions for Jesus.
Pastor Matt is not only the father of four of his own children, Daniel, Nathan, Mikayla and McKenzie, he is also a Spiritual Dad to many.... to God be the glory!

Norm Herman, Facilities Manager &
Minister of Finance
If you aren't careful, you won't know what passed you in the hall...Is it a bird, is it a plane?... NO... It's Norm! Norm is the King of multitasking. He does whatever needs to happen to keep the ship sailing. Norm is excellent at whatever he does, allowing Psalms 1 to be a foundational truth in his life. He and his wife Cindy, have a bright toddler son and two delightful teenagers, to round out the family dynamics!

Diane Dalnodar, Director of Canaland Christian Academy of Early Learning, Hospitality Coordinator Diane comes to us after graduating from Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, OK. Diane is passionate about the Word of God and desires to see it at work in the lives of those she comes in contact with. Diane loves babies, likes a good laugh, enjoys entertaining and is a gift to the body of GNFC. Her husband Mike, is an artist and Civil War buff. They immensely enjoy their two children and four year old grandson.

Jackie Krutza, Canaland Assistant Director
Canaland enjoys the laughter of Miss Krutza! The children LOVE the stickers and prizes that she so faithfully pulls from the treasure box. Jackie loves children and her service to them over the years is evidence of that. Any assistance you need in enrolling your preschooler or school age child at Canaland, Jackie is willing to help out!

Harold and Joan Grunwald, Altar Ministry
The Grunwald's have been at Good News Fellowship Church over 20 years, serving as Elders as well as in an array of different positions. Joan is the founder of Joan Grunwald Ministries, where she ministers the message of God's healing power throughout the world. Harold and Joan are are heavily involved in the pastoral care ministry needs of the body. They are parents, grandparents and great-grandparents, serving the purpose of God for their generation!

Curt Beversdorf, Ministry LeadershipPastor Matt often refers to Curt as someone with the heart of a servant, filled with wisdom and a blessing to those he's around. Curt serves as an Elder, Corporate Board member and assists in overseeing the financial aspects of the ministry. Curt and his wife, Dianne are proud parents and grandparents. They love to travel and enjoy one another's company.

Perry Worzella, GNFC Advisory Board
The Worzellas are a fun-loving couple who know how to be serious when need be! Perry has served on the GNFC Advisory Board for several years. His wisdom and insights in the marketplace allow him to bring a measure of expertise to the group. Perry and Michelle have two wonderful children who help to add lots of spice to their lives!

Leah Reimer, Interim Bread of Life Bookstore Manager
Leah is the Interim bookstore manager. She's someone that is passionate about the Word of God and learning more about it through the written word, not just through the Bible but other resources as well. . . making her a perfect candidate for a bookstore manager! Leah and her husband Bobo have a heart for the community at large and are committed to their families and church family as well! If you can't find a book at Bread of Life, just let Leah know and she'll search it out for you!

Bill & Ginni Wiemer, Wisdom Generation (55+ Fellowship)
Bill and Ginnie serve as our coordinators of the 55 and older Wisdom Generation at GNFC. They love people, love to serve and love the Lord - can't beat that combination! The Wiemer's plan regular events for the Wisdom Generation with a goal for fellowship, prayer and lots of laughter. Bill and Ginni also serve as Elders at Good News Fellowship Church, are parents, grandparents and great-grandparents; with a strong godly heritage!
